6.1 Prohibited Content
You may not use our Services to host, store, or distribute any content that:
- Is illegal under Bangladeshi law or the laws of your jurisdiction
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Contains malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Promotes hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit content involving minors
- Is involved in phishing, fraud, identity theft, or financial scams
- Is used for spamming, bulk unsolicited email, or email spoofing
- Is used for DDoS attacks, hacking attempts, or network intrusion
- Is used for cryptocurrency mining without explicit written permission
- Violates the rights of privacy or publicity of any third party
6.2 Resource Usage
Shared hosting accounts are subject to resource limits as defined in your plan specifications. You may not:
- Exceed allocated CPU, RAM, I/O, or entry process limits consistently
- Use excessive bandwidth that impacts other users on the same server
- Run persistent background processes on shared hosting accounts
- Use file hosting or image hosting scripts for public file sharing
- Host file-sharing or torrent-related content
Accounts consistently exceeding resource limits may be required to upgrade to a higher plan or VPS service.
6.3 Email Usage
Email services may not be used for:
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or emails to purchased email lists
- Sending emails with false or misleading header information
- Operating email relay services or open proxies
- Exceeding hourly/daily email sending limits as defined by your plan
Violation of email policies may result in immediate suspension of email services or full account termination.
